In this project plan, with the length of 206km, the Wei River channel is axis and extend 1.5 km on both riverbank sides as planning region. Due to the considerations of investors’ demands, site visiting and current analysis, the project contains a lot of engineering. Meanwhile, thinking of the theories of scientific management, taking obeys to law of nature, following the instructions of integrated managing water resources and human beings, and considering coordination strategy between urban planning and managing, the project start a wide range of engineering such as cleaning river channel, wastewater treatment, water ecology restoration, waterfront landscape building, and industrial development. What is more, based on the integrated planning, the project selects some nodes as designing samples to show and strengthen the pattern of manifestation for the further construction and engineering planning and designing.
