徐州市水生態(tài)文明城市試點建設(shè)實施方案
以協(xié)調(diào)城市發(fā)展、水環(huán)境治理、水生態(tài)保護與修復(fù)為出發(fā)點，明確了水生態(tài)文明城市建設(shè)的總體目標(biāo)和階段目標(biāo)，在區(qū)域上突出徐州市中心城區(qū)，提出了徐州市2014～2016年在水資源管理、防洪排澇安全、供水安全、水環(huán)境綜合治理、水生態(tài)保護與修復(fù)、節(jié)約用水和水生態(tài)文明宣傳等方面的工程措施和非工程措施，以“加快城區(qū)河湖水系連通、提高非常規(guī)水源利用率、加大采煤塌陷區(qū)生態(tài)治理”為重點，促進徐州市“河湖連通潤彭城、人水和諧惠民生”總體目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)。
