Ningxia Shapotou Water Control Project is located in Zhongwei County, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, the project is a comprehensive utilization of irrigation and power generation projects. The total reservoir capacity of 26 million m3, control of irrigation area of 89.3 thousand hectares, with a total installed capacity of 120.3MW, is a second-class large-scale projects. The project raised the irrigation guarantee rate of Ningxia Weining Irrigation District, which is conducive to the rational development and utilization of the Yellow River water resources, the improvement of the regional environment and the promotion of local economy and social sustainable development. We mainly undertake the project on the right bank of the South Channel curtain grouting effect assessment; reservoir operation and management scheduling optimization; completion of the final accounts prepared financial consultation; hub project acceptance and final acceptance of the final inspection and acceptance.
